September 2026 Release Notes

Geopath is pleased to announce that the September inventory update is now available in Geopath’s Insights Suite and API. This marks the final update to the 2025 annual planning dataset; we’ve added more than 4,100 new spots and updated more than 4,500 spots this month.

As previously announced in the August 2026 release notes, all future inventory updates will only apply to the 2026 dataset going forward.

The 2026 dataset preview will launch in the Insights Suite and API on September 30. If you missed our recent announcement about the 2026 annual planning dataset rollout, you can review it here. We look forward to making the newest planning data available in the coming weeks.

This month’s release also included several meaningful API enhancements, many of which improve the behavior of the Market Plan function in more complex scenarios. Members can refer to the Geopath API release notes for more information on specific API updates/bug fixes applied as well as review a list of known issues.

No significant updates were made to the Insights Suite in this release. Prior Insights Suite release notes can be found here.
