2023 Forecast Release Schedule
Geopath is pleased to announce that we will be previewing the 2023 Annual Forecast and Transit Station and Scheduled Fleet Media with media operator members beginning on January 6th, 2023. Additionally, API version 2.2 will be available to all API users for testing in our staging environment by this date. This will ensure all members have enough time to review the metrics, ask questions and implement the new datasets into their proprietary and/or third-party systems.
Currently, Geopath is targeting February 27th, 2023 as the official release of the 2023 forecast. On the 27th, the forecast will become the official transactional dataset for the industry. The release will include new 2023 measures and our new reach and frequency approach for all audited inventory, along with transit station and scheduled fleet media.
As you know, we have been hard at work over the past several months implementing our new approach and validating all data. We know that you – our members – have been eagerly awaiting this release and we thank you for your continued support during these past few months. We are confident that we have built an infrastructure that delivers more stable forecasting as well as a best-in-class approach to measuring reach and frequency leveraging observed mobile data rather than survey data, as in the past.
The year ahead holds great promise for the Out of Home industry.
The Geopath team remains committed to supporting all our members by providing the trusted and accurate measurement data the entire industry needs to transact confidently. The features of this new release address the immediate short-term needs we have collectively identified, while at the same time setting the stage for the execution of our larger, long-term vision and strategic roadmap.
Throughout the coming weeks, we will continue to provide updates on our progress. We will also share a series of support and training resources including live webinars, FAQs, video tutorials, user guides, and one-pagers to ensure members understand the changes have the information needed to answer any questions.
In the meantime, please reach out to us via [email protected] with any questions.
