We’re excited to announce that for the first time, placed-based media is now availble in the Impression Variation Dashboard of our Insights Suite. Starting today, buyers and sellers will be able to analyze how their placed-based media plans are performing compared to actual observed impressions. This is a great advancement for Geopath’s fastest-growing OOH inventory type, which includes airports, retail stores, shopping malls, health clubs, offices, bars, restaurants, and more.

In April, we’ll expand our reach further by adding transit inventory to the Geopath Insights Suite. Transit is a huge OOH category that includes train and light rail stations, bus-side advertising, and other formats. In addition to these format additions, we will also roll out enhancements to our reach and frequency methodologies and model.

Our goals with these updates are to improve the accuracy of our forecasts, to expand the audited inventory formats we measure so we can cover the entire OOH market, to help OOH advertising be included more often in media-mix models, and to compete more effectively by making data-based selling easier and more efficient.
